WELCOME
Pulmaario is a series of workshops that aims to teach mathematics and
programming in a fun and active way. On this website you will find the Pulmaario Practical Guide and some additional materials for organising a series of workshops. Pulmaario is geared towards primary and lower secondary school students, but is suitable for also older age groups. Organizing these workshops does not require previous experience in teaching mathematics or programming.
Pulmaario was created in a joint project by the Helsinki Metropolitan Area
Libraries and the University of Helsinki Science Education Centre.
The project was funded by the Finnish Ministry of Education and Culture.
